Ulcer (Foot): Foot injury that in most cases is due to perforating plantar malformation in people with diabetes, which concentrates the body's discharges on joints that form a hyperkeratosis that over time hardens and grows into a foreign body that perforates the tissue, such as the metatarsal-phalangeal joint. They can also appear due to friction, due to neuropathy it is not painful, normally accompanied by inflammation and with little or no tendency to heal on its own. (see diabetic ulcer)

Úlcera del pie: Lesión en el pie que en la mayoría de los casos es debido al mal plantar perforante en personas con diabetes, que concentra las descargas del cuerpo sobre articulaciones que forman una hiperqueratosis que con el tiempo al endurecerse y crecer se vuelve  un cuerpo extraño que perfora el tejido, como por ejemplo la articulación metatarso-falángica también pueden aparecer por roce, debido a la neurapatía no presenta dolor,  normalmente acompañada de inflamación y con poca o nula tendencia a la cicatrización por si solo. Urticaria: Skin reaction that causes red, itchy, slightly raised swellings, usually caused by allergic reactions or stressful situations.

Urticaria: Reacción cutánea que causa tumefacciones rojas, pruriginosas y ligeremante elevadas, generalmente aparece por reacciones alérgicas o situaciones de estrés.
